Processing Time Orders are processed within 4–6 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States) We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@hausvintage.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
